Closed-toe shoes, a signed waiver and arriving 20 minutes early cover most first-visit surprises, while mixed-age groups should tell us heights and birth years so we can assign the right kart class.

Send group size, town or area, preferred date, driver ages, experience level, race format and any special requirements such as junior karts, trophies, corporate briefing, photos or league scoring. If someone in the group has never raced, say so — we will add briefing time rather than rushing them onto a hot grid.
Our marshals provide standard helmets, rib protectors where needed and a safety briefing. Please mention if you bring your own helmet, need a youth size, or have a height or medical note so we can plan kart fit accurately before you arrive in Bushton.
Yes. Planned championship rounds, workplace cups or family leagues can be arranged weekly, monthly or on another suitable schedule depending on track time, driver count and availability. Repeat racers keep a results file so points carry from round to round.
Same-day requests are reviewed according to track availability, group size, driver ages and the amount of briefing, junior or event work required. We aim to respond promptly wherever possible, especially for small arrive-and-drive heats on weekday evenings.
We use your contact, waiver, group and session details only to manage your enquiry, prepare the race and provide discreet customer support. Details are never shared for unrelated marketing purposes, and lap times stay in the paddock unless your group asks for a results sheet.
